Supply Chain Coordinator (12-Month FTC → Potential Permanent)
London (EC1) | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
We're working with a global, premium FMCG brand known for its strong presence across international markets and a fast-moving, high-performance supply chain.
They're hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen their UK operations - with a particular focus on inventory, warehousing, and stock accuracy.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role where you'll be at the centre of stock movement and inventory control across multiple warehouse locations.
You will:
- Manage inventory across multiple UK warehouse sites
- Own stock reconciliation and accuracy reporting
- Work closely with 3rd party logistics providers (3PL)
- Monitor and improve goods-out performance (OTIF targets)
- Support stock takes, reporting, and supply reviews
- Partner with finance and commercial teams on stock insights
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory roles
- Strong exposure to:
- Inventory management
- Stock reconciliation
- Warehouse operations / 3PL
- Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or pharma is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
