Introducing Principle

At Principle, we enhance the recruitment experience of clients and candidates by providing an honest, thorough, bespoke recruitment service underpinned by our personal approach.

We specialise in partnering with MSP (Managed Service Provider) and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) providers, placing contingent and permanent workers in human resources, technology, engineering, media marketing, finance and operations roles.

Founded in 2000 by Audrey Hughes, as Principle has grown over the years, we have remained close to our clients, keeping our team tight and well-connected to the marketplace.

With offices in Dublin and London, we work in a collaborative environment, sharing our resources and knowledge to ensure our clients are introduced to the best talent to meet their needs.

We are an experienced team, passionate about all things recruitment. 

We enjoy the challenge of a unique search, working to tight deadlines, or managing a recruitment project. When there are candidates to be found, no matter the situation, we use our market knowledge and contacts to deliver. We have expert recruiters with industry backgrounds in IT, engineering, HR, marketing and finance to support you. We manage payroll, contingent workers and contractors, regularly working in partnership with RPOs and MSPs.

Opening of London Office

Principle announced the opening of a London office to better serve international clients and expand our global reach.

Global Recognition

​Out of 300 agencies around the world, we were chosen for a prestigious silver service award – for our performance and support with an MSP partner programme, providing them with contingent workers.

First MSP Client

We implemented a growth strategy that involved collaborating with a Managed Service Provider, which resulted in our first contingent workers being placed on-site with a social media and technology company. Over the next few years, we expanded our network by adding multiple clients and other managed service providers.​
