Introducing Principle

Founded in Dublin in 2000, with offices in Dublin and London, Principle has grown through long-term relationships, specialist market knowledge and a commitment to doing recruitment properly. We work closely with employers, MSPs, RPOs and candidates to deliver hiring outcomes built on trust, transparency and quality.

As a certified women-owned business with EcoVadis Gold Medal recognition, we also help clients align recruitment partnerships with procurement priorities, ESG goals and inclusive growth.
