At Principle HR, ESG is embedded in how we operate, recruit and grow.
As a certified women-owned recruitment partner, our responsibility extends beyond our direct operations to our contractor community, supply chain and the clients we support.
Our ESG framework has been formalised, measured and strengthened through clear policies, governance oversight and continuous improvement.
We are also developing a sustainability-focused technology initiative, with support from Enterprise Ireland, to help contractors and candidates understand their carbon footprint and identify practical ways to reduce it over time.
