A global technology organisation is hiring a Customer Experience, Briefings and Events Coordinator to support high-impact customer briefings and executive engagements. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you will ensure the seamless delivery of meetings that directly influence sales pipeline and strategic relationships.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for customer briefings and meetings
- Manage scheduling, room setup, catering, and on-site execution
- Support live sessions, resolving issues in real time
- Partner with sales teams, leadership, and external vendors
- Maintain high standards across all briefing environments
