Senior Sourcing Procurement Specialist - Global Tech

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across several key supplier categories. This role will drive competitive sourcing processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, supplier performance, and risk management.
You'll work closely with Legal, Finance, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable supplier solutions and contract-ready sourcing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs and RFQs
- Develop sourcing strategies across multiple supplier categories
- Analyse supplier proposals, pricing models and commercial terms to support vendor selection
- Build cost benchmarks and conduct total cost and commercial analysis
- Partner with Legal and Finance teams to support contract negotiations and supplier onboarding
- Facilitate structured supplier evaluations and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Track sourcing outcomes including cost savings, supplier performance and risk mitigation
- Monitor supplier market trends and identify opportunities for optimisation
What We're Looking For
- 6-8+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
- Proven experience running competitive sourcing processes (RFI / RFP / RFQ)
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including pricing analysis and supplier evaluation
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance and operational stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing vendors in technology, infrastructure, security, or large operational environments
- Familiarity with supplier risk and performance management frameworks
