- Salary : €48,000 - €50,000 pa
We're partnering with a global technology organisation to hire an Operations Manager for a 6-month contract based in Dublin (hybrid working).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how things work at scale. You will focus on optimising operational processes, analysing performance data, and helping teams deliver more efficient and scalable operations.
What you'll be doing
- Support operational improvement projects that solve large-scale business and workflow challenges
- Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
- Track and publish operational metrics and KPIs
- Help develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and operational documentation
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to support operational delivery and resolve escalations
- Contribute to initiatives focused on automation, process optimisation, and operational efficiency
- Support operational planning including supplier strategy, location optimisation and cost management
What we're looking for
- Experience in operations, process improvement, programme delivery, or business operations
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience identifying process optimisation or automation opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of operational metrics, SLAs and workflow performance tracking
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
