We're partnering with a global tech platform to hire a Spanish-speaking Market Coordinator to support key partners across Spain and Portugal. In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for high-value partners, helping to manage escalations, investigate challenges, and deliver clear, professional resolutions. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams while ensuring an exceptional partner experience.
What we're looking for:
Fluent English and Spanish
4+ years' experience in customer support, operations, or account management
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira or Google Workspace is beneficial
