We are hiring a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to join a high-performing EMEA Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team within a global technology leader.

This is not a reporting role. It is a commercially focused, data-led strategy position partnering directly with senior Sales leadership to drive revenue performance, operational rigour and strategic decision-making across the region.

You will sit at the centre of Sales and Product, translating data into action and influencing revenue outcomes at scale.

The Role

You will:

  • Own advanced SQL-driven analysis across large, complex datasets

  • Drive sales performance reporting and regional rhythm of business

  • Lead monthly and quarterly operational reviews

  • Identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies

  • Translate global initiatives into regional execution plans

  • Influence senior stakeholders using structured, data-backed narratives

  • Present to leadership and drive action from insight

This is a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will be expected to define the analysis, not just deliver it.

  • Strong SQL coding and hands-on data analysis capability

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

  • Confident public speaking and executive-level presentation ability

If you cannot independently extract, manipulate and interpret data using SQL, this role is not the right fit.

Required Background

  • 5-7 years' experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, revenue operations or a high-growth tech environment

  • Proven experience solving complex commercial and operational problems

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders

  • Strong executive communication capability

  • Experience operating in ambiguity and driving structured outcomes
