Trust & Safety Data Analyst - Global Tech
- Location: Dublin Hybrid
- Contract: 12 months
- Salary: €80,000pa
I'm working on a high-impact opportunity within a global tech organisation's Trust & Safety team - focused on tackling real-world online harm at scale.
This is not a standard analyst role. You'll sit at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, helping shape how abuse is detected, analysed, and mitigated across large-scale platforms.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading data-driven analysis to uncover abuse trends and operational gaps
- Owning projects that improve harm detection and mitigation
- Defining metrics and turning insights into clear, actionable decisions
- Partnering with global stakeholders across policy, operations, and technical teams
- Driving process improvements and resolving complex operational challenges
What they're looking for:
- Strong experience in data analytics (SQL essential, Python/R a plus)
- Ability to move beyond reporting into insight and recommendations
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
- Confidence influencing stakeholders across different functions
- Experience in Trust & Safety, risk, fraud, or platform operations is a strong advantage
