As the Compensation and Rewards Manager, you'll work closely with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the business objectives.
You'll analyze market trends, benchmark salaries, and evaluate the effectiveness of the current rewards programs using rewards tools, to ensure the offering of the best possible compensation packages.
