We’re looking for a technically sharp, customer-focused engineer to support application issues across integrations, APIs and authentication layers for a global enterprise software client.

What you’ll be diving into:
  • Debugging REST, SOAP, JDBC/ODBC, LDAP, SAML
  • Analysing Java logs and JavaScript scripts
  • Working across HTTP, TCP/IP, and cloud application environments
  • Diagnosing integration failures between systems
  • Helping customers navigate deep-rooted technical issues

What you bring:
  • 2–4 years in a technical support or SaaS engineering role
  • Scripting in JavaScript, Python, Shell Scripting
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming (Java preferred)
  • Solid database skills (MySQL or Oracle)
  • Strong communication and a natural customer rapport

Perks & Setup:
  • Annual Salary from €40,000 up to €49,000 doe
  • 11-month PAYE Contract - weekly pay
  • Hybrid 2–3 days onsite (Dublin City)
  • Annual leave + bank hols + Laptop
