We’re looking for a technically sharp, customer-focused engineer to support application issues across integrations, APIs and authentication layers for a global enterprise software client.

What you’ll be diving into:
- Debugging REST, SOAP, JDBC/ODBC, LDAP, SAML
- Analysing Java logs and JavaScript scripts
- Working across HTTP, TCP/IP, and cloud application environments
- Diagnosing integration failures between systems
- Helping customers navigate deep-rooted technical issues
What you bring:
- 2–4 years in a technical support or SaaS engineering role
- Scripting in JavaScript, Python, Shell Scripting
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming (Java preferred)
- Solid database skills (MySQL or Oracle)
- Strong communication and a natural customer rapport
Perks & Setup:
- Annual Salary from €40,000 up to €49,000 doe
- 11-month PAYE Contract - weekly pay
- Hybrid 2–3 days onsite (Dublin City)
