Permanent | Dublin | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

A global FMCG organisation is hiring a Demand Planning Manager to support the development of its Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability across EMEA and APAC.

This role sits at the centre of the commercial and supply chain planning process. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning teams to drive the demand review cycle within the IBP / S&OP process, helping the business build more accurate forecasts and stronger cross-functional planning.

The company is currently evolving its planning capability and this role offers the opportunity to develop deep IBP expertise and grow into a broader demand planning leadership position over time.

What you will be doing

  • Support and coordinate the Demand Review stage of the IBP / S&OP process

  • Work with regional Sales and Commercial teams to build and refine demand forecasts

  • Analyse demand trends including seasonality, promotions and market drivers

  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Finance to align forecasts with operational plans

  • Track and improve key planning metrics including forecast accuracy and demand bias

  • Support the ongoing adoption and improvement of the global IBP framework

  • Work with demand planners and stakeholders across multiple international markets

What we are looking for

  • Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or S&OP environments

  • Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or structured planning cycles

  • Background in FMCG, consumer goods, beverages or pharmaceuticals preferred

  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with planning data

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance and supply chain teams

  • Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan or similar

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong communication skills

Why this role stands out

  • Opportunity to develop end-to-end IBP capability in a global organisation

  • Exposure to planning across multiple international markets and distributors

  • Work closely with senior commercial and supply chain leaders

  • Clear pathway to grow into a senior demand planning role
