Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS)

A global technology company is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support a high-performing Digital Marketing sales organisation. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance and Legal to structure compliant, profitable enterprise software deals and accelerate deal closures.
You will act as a trusted commercial advisor to sales teams, ensuring transactions align with internal policy, revenue recognition standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the structuring and approval of complex enterprise software deals
Partner with Sales to develop commercial solutions that meet customer and internal requirements
Manage the deal approval process and prepare business cases for cross-functional stakeholders
Draft and review customer contracts and commercial terms
Ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines
Provide deal status updates and support continuous improvement of deal desk processes
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Finance, FP&A or Sales Operations within a SaaS or technology company
Experience structuring deals involving subscriptions, licences, services and support
Understanding of software revenue recognition (SOP 97-2 or similar standards)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
