A national agency driving foreign investment and innovation is seeking a Sustainability Programme Manager to lead and deliver projects that support Ireland's transition to a low-carbon, resource-efficient economy.
This role will work at the intersection of sustainability, industry transformation, and investment, helping major global companies implement impactful climate and resource initiatives across areas such as decarbonisation, circular economy, water management, and biodiversity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client-facing teams to influence and secure sustainability investments.
- Collaborate with government, industry bodies, and international partners on sustainability challenges.
- Manage and deliver strategic sustainability projects across sectors.
- Track emerging sustainability trends and translate them into new investment opportunities.
- Develop and deliver high-quality content for senior stakeholders and leadership groups.
About You
- Degree-qualified (Level 8+), ideally with a technical, sustainability, or policy background.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working across government, business, and international networks.
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
