Interview Coordinator - Global Talent Team

Dublin City Centre | Hybrid 3 days office | 11-month contract

Salary Range: €42,000 - €46,000 per year.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every detail counts and every interaction shapes the candidate experience? If you're an organised, energetic professional with a passion for people and precision, this opportunity could be your next move.

We're hiring an Interview Coordinator to join a high-performing global recruitment team that's passionate about delivering outstanding experiences to every candidate and stakeholder. This is more than just scheduling - it's about creating smooth, professional, and positive interview journeys across multiple time zones and business units.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating a high volume of interviews - across time zones, calendars, and locations - with a sharp eye for detail and timing.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Supporting on-site logistics when needed, including interview greets, breaks, and ensuring a seamless day for visiting candidates.
  • Managing travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for interviewees.
  • Using internal systems (you'll get to know Workday Recruiting inside out) to track activity and ensure data accuracy.
  • Championing an exceptional candidate experience - every time.

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ year in HR coordination, recruitment support, or a similar administrative role in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organisational skills - you're the kind of person who colour-codes calendars for fun.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - you're comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • A proactive and positive attitude - you fix things before they become problems.
  • Comfort with tools like Outlook and Excel; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a bonus.

Why you'll love it:

  • You'll be part of a supportive, people-focused team that believes in collaboration, fun, and high standards.
  • You'll gain exposure to global recruitment operations in a tech-forward environment.
  • This is a role where your precision, care, and people skills make a daily difference.
