Supply Operations Manager - Global Travel Tech

We're looking for a Supply Operations Manager to source, onboard and optimise high-quality experiences across EMEA.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of a fast-moving marketplace. You'll manage a portfolio of experience operators, support them through launch and early growth, and ensure supply meets a strong quality bar.
What you'll do
- Source and onboard culturally relevant, high-quality experiences
- Manage partners from first contact through their first 3-6 months live
- Support hosts with optimisation, pricing and performance improvement
- Own your book of business, including retention and growth of priority partners
- Maintain clean CRM data and report on pipeline and performance
- Work closely with internal teams to remove blockers and uphold quality standards
What we're looking for
- 6+ years' experience in supply, partnerships, account management, sales ops or marketplace roles
- Strong knowledge of travel, hospitality, culture or entertainment in your region
- Comfortable managing multiple partners and operational detail
- Highly organised, data-driven and accountable for results
- Confident using CRM and operational tools
