The Offer:
- Competitive Annual Salary of up to €82,000 doe
- Location: Dublin 24, hybrid working model – 2-3 days onsite
- 6 months contract – PAYE (Paid weekly) until the end of the year with a possibility of extension
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
- Strong background in database management and performance tuning.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with retail sales environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deploy high-performing, cost-effective hosted managed solutions.
- Manage and ensure solutions meet SLAs on private or public cloud platforms.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues to maintain database performance.
- Implement robust database structures, security measures, and backup/recovery specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting tools.
- Enhance existing automation tools to streamline onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to continually improve customer satisfaction.
