Senior Enterprise Content & Localisation Strategist (EMEA)

  • 12-month contract
  • £83,600 per year
  • Hybrid working model: London (2-3 days per week)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Content Strategist to lead the planning, adaptation, and localisation of high-impact B2B content across EMEA. This role sits at the intersection of global content strategy and regional execution, with a strong focus on ensuring enterprise-focused narratives resonate across languages, cultures, and complex buying committees.

You will work closely with global content, integrated campaign teams, regional marketing, and translation partners to land global content in-market in a way that drives relevance, engagement, and pipeline impact across EMEA.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Develop and execute an EMEA content strategy aligned to global priorities and regional pipeline goals
  • Own EMEA content roadmaps across key formats including long-form assets, digital content, webinars, and events
  • Lead the adaptation and localisation of global content for multiple EMEA markets, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and enterprise-level messaging
  • Partner with translation agencies and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality local-language content (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish)
  • Act as the primary content partner for EMEA integrated campaigns, collaborating with global content, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement teams
  • Quality-assure localised content to ensure brand voice consistency, clarity, and contextual relevance for senior decision-makers

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years' experience in B2B enterprise content strategy, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Proven experience adapting and localising content for multiple international markets, ideally EMEA
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys, long sales cycles, and complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills for executive and senior audiences
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations
