Scaled Support Account Manager - Business Messaging | Dublin (Hybrid)
11-month PAYE contract (weekly pay via Principle HR). Hybrid in Dublin City with 3 days onsite (must-have). Annual Salary Up to €75,000 pro rata with extension possible.
This role sits in a Business Messaging support function - you'll manage escalations, troubleshoot API-related issues, and support a large portfolio of partners/clients at scale.
Must-haves Skills/ experience:
- 3+ years in technical support / customer success / account support (enterprise software)
- Strong ticket handling + SLA mindset + escalation management
- Working knowledge of APIs + cloud concepts (SSO, integrations e.g. AWS)
- Clear communicator who can simplify technical issues
- Strong prioritisation across a busy case queue
