An exciting opportunity for a Product Support System Administrator or Technical Support Engineer has become available to join the Product and Service Operations of the org to provide technical solutions. You will be involved in building technical knowledge and expertise in companies' various advertising products.
Your profile:
- Solid experience in troubleshooting and ticket escalations
- Understanding of digital advertising or/and technology industry
- Experience in translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Experience in using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, etc along with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Restful APIs, SQL, etc
