Payroll Analyst (SaaS) - 5 Month Contract
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €45,000 - 50,000 pro rata
We are partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Payroll Analyst to support EMEA payroll operations on an initial 5-month contract. This role will take ownership of multiple EMEA entities, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 3-4 EMEA entities
- Perform Gross-to-Net reconciliations and resolve variances
- Ensure accurate processing of taxes, pensions, and statutory deductions
- Partner with Finance to manage payroll funding and timelines
- Maintain payroll data accuracy and execute bulk uploads for variable pay
- Handle employee payroll queries and support compliance activities
Requirements
- 5+ years' payroll experience in a medium or large organisation
- Strong experience with a leading HRIS or payroll system
- Multi-country payroll experience (EMEA preferred)
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a structured payroll environment
