I'm working with a global enterprise software organisation that's scaling a core employee help & support product used by thousands of employees every day.
This is a hands-on Product Manager role for someone who enjoys untangling complex internal systems and turning them into products that genuinely make work easier.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the product vision and roadmap for a large-scale employee help platform
- Turning user pain points into clear, prioritised product initiatives
- Working end-to-end with engineering, design and go-to-market teams to deliver new features
- Writing strong product specs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Using data, user research and feedback to drive decisions - not opinions
- Tracking KPIs, adoption and impact, and iterating accordingly
- Staying close to industry trends in HR tech and internal tools
What they're looking for
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience with HR tech, internal tools, employee experience platforms or similar
- Comfortable operating in an Agile environment
- Strong communicator who can influence without authority
- User-obsessed, but commercially and technically grounded
- Someone who can own problems end-to-end, not just ship features
