Onsite IT Support Contractor - NCHI Deployment

We're recruiting an Onsite IT Support Contractor to support the deployment and rollout of technology across a New High Tech Hospital in Dublin City.
This is a hands-on, onsite role in a fast-moving environment, supporting device deployment and day-to-day technical activity during a critical phase of the project.
The role
- Deploy and support end-user devices and infrastructure across the hospital site
- Label, asset-tag and record devices (PCs, printers, TVs, phones, peripherals) in Jira and ServiceNow
- Track deployment tasks and follow up with staff and vendors to ensure completion
- Troubleshoot first-line technical issues and escalate where required
- Support the Technical Lead with new and evolving deployment processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors onsite
- Carry out varied operational IT tasks as required
Required experience
- Strong hands-on IT support background (desktop, devices, peripherals)
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Comfortable operating in a fluid, high-pressure onsite environment
- Experience with Jira and/or ServiceNow (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage tasks across a large site
- Reliable, proactive and operationally focused
