We are working with an established consulting organisation that supports public-sector bodies through complex digital and organisational transformation programmes.
Operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery and digital enablement, the business advises organisations navigating large-scale change - from operating model redesign and programme delivery through to ICT-enabled transformation and service improvement.
Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of public-sector assignments, we are now seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.
The Role
This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys shaping and delivering transformation in complex, regulated environments.
You will work across the full lifecycle of transformation programmes - helping clients define strategy, mobilise programmes, and deliver tangible improvements across digital, operational and organisational initiatives.
The role combines advisory thinking with practical delivery leadership and regular engagement with senior stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering management consultancy engagements across digital transformation, organisational change and operational improvement
- Supporting large-scale, ICT-enabled programmes from readiness through delivery and stabilisation
- Contributing to multi-disciplinary transformation initiatives spanning strategy, operations, digital and change
- Applying strong P3M discipline including governance, risk, delivery assurance and benefits management
- Leading or supporting process improvement, service redesign and workflow optimisation initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior public-sector stakeholders
About You
- 8-12 years' experience in management consulting, transformation consulting or complex delivery roles
- Strong experience working with public-sector or regulated organisations
- Comfortable operating with credibility and gravitas in senior stakeholder environments
- Proven experience across two or more of the following areas:
- Business strategy & operations
- Organisational change & transformation
- Programme, portfolio or PMO leadership
- Business process improvement / re-engineering
- Digital or ICT consultancy
- Pragmatic, structured and delivery-focused - able to balance advisory thinking with delivery reality
