Localization Vendor Management Associate - Global Tech

We are seeking a Localization Vendor Management Associate to join them in managing relationships with their localization vendors, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining performance excellence.
The Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 pa
- Role to start on an initial 6-month contract
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at state-of-the-art offices in Central London

What You’ll Do
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for vendor operations, handling escalations, capacity planning, and quality issues.
- Represent the Voice of the Supplier in localization programs and summarize vendor issue trends.
- Contribute to designing scalable frameworks for standardized performance management.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for vendor users using the company's proprietary localization tools.
- Manage vendor training schedules and maintain an up-to-date database of vendor resources.
- Generate leads for new vendor candidates, vet and test them, and oversee their onboarding.
- Support supplier registration and ramp-up plans for new vendors.
Your Profile:
- Localization background experience.
- Relevant Degree
- Strong organization, project management and planning abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Experience with database management.
