As a HR Manager you will:
As a HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to actively partner with, coach, and develop first-level line managers to support a high-performance environment. You will also work closely with the Employee Relations team to manage cases and investigations, ensuring that employees and managers are supported with coaching and performance plans as needed. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will come in handy as you prepare agreements, talking points, and draft legal documents as required.
Your Profile….
- 5+ Years relevant HR Operations/Manager /HR operations experience.
- Solid working knowledge of HRIS workflow of Workday.
- Experience working with Employee Relations previously.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
