As HR Generalist, you’ll take full ownership of the people agenda – everything from compliance and policy to performance, talent, culture, and engagement. This is a standalone role, perfect for someone who’s ready to step up and make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
- 
	Be the go-to for HR advice, supporting line managers through the full employee lifecycle 
- 
	Lead recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes 
- 
	Navigate ER issues with empathy and fairness 
- 
	Coordinate payroll, benefits, and bonus schemes 
- 
	Drive wellbeing and DEI initiatives with creativity and care 
- 
	Own performance and learning frameworks, identifying and closing development gaps 
- 
	Keep policies, HRIS and records compliant and up to date 
- 
	Run the office environment and vendor management like a well-oiled machine 
What we're looking for:
- 
	3+ years in a generalist HR role, ideally in a standalone or SME environment 
- 
	Strong knowledge of Irish employment law 
- 
	CIPD qualified (min. Level 5 or equivalent) 
- 
	A true people person who can build trust at all levels 
- 
	Someone who leads with heart but keeps things commercially grounded 
- 
	Organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple responsibilities 
- 
	You enjoy mentoring and helping others grow – it’s just who you are
