HR Advisor: Dublin West / Kildare region - €45k - €50k – parking onsite.
I am recruiting a HR Advisor for a permanent opportunity with a leading employer in West Dublin.
The business has sites across Ireland with excess of 2000 staff.
Core day to day:
Provide General HR Support in a Shared Services environment.
Stakeholder management
Recruitment administration – pre-screening, candidate engagement.
Interview set-up
Reference checks
Contract administration
Payroll and benefits support.
We are looking for a HR Graduate with a minimum of 2 year’s HR experience, ideally in a busy corporate environment. Excellent people facing skills with exposure to recruitment and selection is desired.
Salary range is €45,000 - €50,000 plus 25 days annual leave and pension.
The role is worked on a hybrid model 3 days on-site, 2 days from home.
