Head of Customer Success SaaS
New opportunity for a Head of Customer Success to join a rapidly expanding global tech-based company whose service is used by companies all over the world. As Head of Customer Success, you will lead and manage a team and build out an effective customer success function - helping to drive true value for customers. This is an executive level role reporting to the CEO.
An overview of your role will involve
- Define customer success strategy & processes - identify & define methodologies & best practice
- Drive value for customers - how to identify and drive R.O.I
- Drive change amongst the team and other stakeholders to drive customer success
- Achieve operational excellence - define metrics that measure value to customers
Your Background
- Solid background leading customer success with experience building a scalable customer success process
- Experience with cloud-based/SaaS solutions offering
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Desire to innovate to continue improving how customers are serviced
