About the Role
We are partnering with a global technology platform to hire an experienced Enterprise Messaging Sales Specialist to drive growth across priority WhatsApp and business messaging markets in EMEA.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, messaging technology, and consultative solution design. You will partner closely with Account Managers to unlock new revenue opportunities, influence C-level stakeholders, and deliver messaging solutions aligned to client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert across business messaging, APIs, and platform capabilities
- Partner with Account Managers to co-lead sales engagements and pitches
- Build tailored messaging solutions based on customer journeys and technical requirements
- Develop commercial proposals, value propositions, and business cases
- Engage senior stakeholders across business, technical, and customer experience teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive deal execution
- Gather client feedback to inform product and solution improvements
Required Experience
- 5-8+ years of enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales experience
- Proven background in messaging, CPaaS, APIs, or communications platforms
- Strong consultative selling and solution design capability
- Experience influencing C-level stakeholders
- Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and contracts
- Highly structured, data-driven, and adaptable
