Excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Engineer to join a major utility company that play a pivotal role in Ireland's journey towards a net-zero carbon future.
As a Technical Services Engineer you will work across all functional areas including maintenance, operations, technical services, facilities, civil and Dam safety, supervision, and contractor management.
The role:
- Permanent full time based onsite in Cork
- Salary between €55,000-€65,000 per year

Your day-to-day
- Acting as the point of contact for maintenance teams who have issues across electrical or engineering tasks.
- Managing risks, contracts, programmes, project and commercial documentation associated with overhauls and projects.
- Production and Dam Safety risk management, diagnosis and hydrometric
What you need to succeed in this role
- 5+ years’ engineering experience in electrical or mechanical. Electrical is preferred as the majority of tasks are electrical
- Experience in Project and contract management – risk safety assessments
- Experience managing hydrometrics
- Third-level Engineering degree or suitable equivalent qualification.
- Experience in plant operations, utilities, maintenance, technology, systems, and procedures.
