We're partnering with a major energy operator to recruit an Electrical Instructor to deliver high-impact technical training across Ireland's generation portfolio. This role suits senior electricians, electrical engineers or HV/LV specialists who enjoy sharing knowledge and shaping the next generation of plant expertise.
What you'll be doing
Deliver specialist electrical training in power generation environments
Teach electrical switching, HV/LV systems, plant and machinery practices
Translate real-world operations, drawings and standards into practical learning
Support technical capability, safety and competence across multiple stations
Essential requirements (non-negotiable)
Electrical engineering qualification or electrical/instrumentation apprenticeship
5+ years' experience in power generation, heavy industry or similar
Hands-on experience with HV & LV power systems or electrical machinery
Strong technical communication and presentation skills
Full Irish Category B driving licence
