CRM Administrator €55K
Exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Administrator to join the team of a Global Tech Giant . Hands on experience and knowledge of CRM administration is a key requirement. The day to day for the CRM Administrator will be the administration, configuration and maintenance of internal systems. The key focus of this role will be to ensure that all SLA s and overall key metrics of the role are up to speed and maintained.
Responsibities :
- Receive, prioritise and handle all incoming requests from customer facing teams
- Based on feedback and user input analysis, triage, troubleshoot and update configurations
- Ongoing analysis of data of system configurations , to suggest and enable system improvements
Skills :
- Strong background in CRM administration and configuration
- Some knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM 's
- Intermediate level Excel(VLOOKUPS)
- Prior experience in a scaled working environment
- Process orientated
