Contract Specialist - Software licensing contracts

Our client is a world renowned American software company that leads the way in pioneering creative software for global corporations and independent creatives and they have an immediate requirement for a Contract Specialist to join their team

What's on offer:

• 11 month contract with possibility to extend up to 2 years and then move on to permanent in the business
• Hybrid in City West Dublin 3 days a week in state of the art offices
• Salary of €45,000 per year

What your day to day will look like:

• You will validate contracts and work cross functionally with the order management and deal desk teams
• You will set up and maintain customer records within systems per established procedures.
• Manage the processing of incoming revenue generating contracts in accordance with established procedures.

What you need to succeed:

• You need to have 3-5 years of experience within a similar role, such as Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations etc
• You need to have experience with SAP and Salesforce
• You need to have experience validating and executing contracts within SOX controls
