We’re recruiting an Activation Manager for one of the world’s leading premium spirits companies – a business with bold ambitions across tequila, whiskey, and rum, and a fast-growing presence in high-potential EMEA markets.
Reporting to regional leadership, you’ll be responsible for shaping, adapting, and executing brand activations across six diverse markets, working closely with local distributors, global marketing, and cross-functional teams.
This role is about turning brand strategy into regional reality – building impactful toolkits, localising global campaigns, and driving commercially smart, consumer-led growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead trade and consumer activations across EMEA – from strategy to execution
- Localise global brand campaigns into compelling market-ready assets
- Build launch plans for innovations and new-to-market brands
- Manage distributor relationships, ensuring local plans align with global guidelines
- Track performance, manage budgets, and report ROI against KPIs
- Be the glue between commercial, brand, and activation teams – globally and locally
About You:
- 3+ years in Trade or Brand Activation (spirits, drinks, or similar FMCG ideal)
- Experience working with distributors and adapting campaigns for local execution
- Strong commercial mindset – comfortable prioritising efforts for ROI
- Excellent relationship builder – able to influence across functions and cultures
- Confident managing projects across multiple markets
- Willing and able to travel frequently across the EMEA region (50%+)
Why This Role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where global scale meets entrepreneurial energy. You’ll work across a portfolio of premium, high-growth brands – in markets where there’s still so much potential to unlock.
If you're a proactive, commercially-savvy activation marketer with a passion for brand-building across cultures, we’d love to hear from you.
