What you'll do
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and tooling access for vendor teams; maintain an accurate, up-to-date worker database.
- Own trackers for headcount, budgets, forecasts, purchase requests, and invoices - ensuring numbers are always accurate and audit-ready.
- Prepare and run vendor business reviews (MBR/QBR), surveys, and presentations; record actions and ensure follow-through.
- Spot inefficiencies and standardise processes, documentation, and workflows as you go.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in vendor and/or project operations within fast-paced environments.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet management skills - confident using data to drive accuracy and insight.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and invoice lifecycle management.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.
