A global technology company is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Program Manager to support a high-impact global operations organisation responsible for managing large-scale outsourced vendor operations.
This role sits within a team responsible for governance, operational excellence and program delivery across global vendor partners. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational improvements and deliver executive-level reporting for senior leadership across multiple regions.
This is a fast-paced environment working on high-visibility initiatives with leadership stakeholders across EMEA, APAC and North America.
Responsibilities
Program and Project Delivery
Lead complex operational programs from inception through execution
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives across global operations
Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to drive alignment and delivery
Balance strategic initiatives alongside ongoing operational priorities
Operational Excellence and Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and governance frameworks
Map existing processes and propose scalable improvements
Introduce automation or efficiency initiatives that deliver measurable impact
Executive Communications and Business Writing
Produce executive briefs, business updates and operational reports for leadership
Translate complex operational information into clear strategic narratives
Prepare materials for weekly and monthly operational reviews
Governance and Stakeholder Management
Coordinate governance forums involving senior leaders across multiple time zones
Prepare agendas, briefing materials and executive summaries
Track decisions, actions and follow-ups from leadership meetings
Reporting and Strategic Tracking
Develop reporting processes to track goals and organisational priorities
Consolidate updates from multiple teams into executive-level reporting
Produce quarterly updates on program progress and operational performance
Candidate Profile
7-10 years experience in program management, consulting, strategy or operations roles
Proven ability to deliver programs in fast-moving technology environments
Experience working with senior stakeholders across multiple global regions
Strong executive communication and business writing skills
Ability to distil complex topics into concise insights for leadership audiences
Experience driving process improvements within operational organisations
Strong analytical capabilities with experience presenting data through dashboards or presentations
