We're hiring a Vendor Operations Performance Lead to take full ownership of performance across third-party service partners supporting a large-scale service marketplace.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centred on vendor performance, quality, efficiency, and outcomes. You'll work closely with service partners and internal teams to ensure vendors deliver against business targets at the right cost.

What you'll be doing
- Own vendor performance end-to-end, aligned to business objectives (e.g. acquisition targets, cost per action)
- Build and manage performance tracking including KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and trend analysis
- Analyse data to identify performance gaps and drive improvement plans with vendors
- Lead vendor business reviews and hold partners accountable to outcomes
- Partner with internal Service Businesses and Vendor Ops teams to support scale and delivery
What we're looking for
- 7+ years' experience overall, with 5+ years in vendor operations, outsourced operations, or vendor performance roles
- Strong analytical capability with experience working on large datasets and performance metrics
- Proven operational background (this is not a procurement, sourcing, or contract-heavy role)
- Experience with CRM and performance tools such as Salesforce, Mixmax / Gong is a plus
- Confident stakeholder manager who can challenge vendors and drive results
