Understand how our risk systems function and check account behaviours for any suspicious patterns. Spot and report trends and weaknesses in our products to the right people.
The Offer;
- Competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per year based on relevant experience
- The role will start as a 11 month contract (paye, paid weekly)
- Fully Remote position in Ireland

Shift hours; Tuesday - Saturday work
What your day might look like
- Maintain Subject Matter Expertise of User Knowledge Operations
- Educate users on how to maintain security and safety while using the platform responsibly
- Investigate complex situations and potential brand risks surfaced in high volume queues
Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience within risk management, fraud prevention, background checks, Identity checks or Trust and Safety
- Ability to analyze data for patterns and draw conclusions and suggestions SQL.
