An immediate opportunity has just become available with a world-renowned Technology & Media Company for a Training Specialist to join their EMEA team.
The Role...
As a Training Specialist, you will deliver and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions. You will plan, design, and implement these training sessions for new and existing employees whilst analysing training needs and gaps in knowledge.
You will conduct research to inform design and performance outcomes and ensure that training solutions are designed in a logical, structured, and clear manner.
Your background…
You will come from a background in Learning and Development and have experience in training needs assessments, designing, and implementing learning solutions through media and embedded performance support tools.
You will preferably have some project management experience and be skilled and managing many different stakeholders at any one time.
Experience in policy-related training solutions is a plus.
