- Annual Salary of €48,000 pro-rata
- 11 months contract - PAYE - Paid weekly via Principle HR

What you'll be doing?
- Owning and prioritising a queue of incidents/escalations
- Troubleshooting automation/integration issues across Windows/Unix environments
- Working with protocols and integrations - REST/SOAP, HTTP/TCP, FTP/SFTP
- Using tools and techniques like log analysis, debugging concepts, Wireshark/Traceroute-style troubleshooting
- Improving support playbooks and internal processes
What we need?
- 4+ years customer-facing technical support (SaaS/software/enterprise)
- Scripting experience (JavaScript preferred; Python/Shell/PowerShell also valued)
- Strong Windows/Unix fundamentals (permissions, remote admin e.g., SSH/PowerShell; SNMP exposure ideal)
- Comfortable with XML/JSON and practical troubleshooting of connectors/integrations
- Clear, confident communication with customers
