As a Senior Technical Analyst - Resource Management Rep, you will be responsible for the triaging and allocation of product support cases and the management and allocation of relevant teams and resources.
This is a 12-month contract role inside IR35 - PAYE - the possibility of conversion/ extension depending on performance and business requirements.

What should you have?
- Proven and Demonstrated Customer Support background in a Technical Environment(SaaS, Cloud)
- Previous experience in resource allocation, escalation
- Previous knowledge working with or supporting tools such (Workday, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, etc) is desirable
- Experience providing customer support to cross-functional teams
