You'll be on the frontline of the talent acquisition efforts, using your keen eye for top talent to craft and scale our engineering teams. You'll develop and implement diverse sourcing channels to ensure our candidate pools are rich with talent from all walks of life. Your market data insights will empower you to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
The Offer
- This role will commence as a 6 month contract ( high chance of extension )
- An annual salary of €75k - €82k pa
- Hybrid working model
What you need to succeed:
- To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a recruiting rockstar with at least 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, including in-house experience for at least 5 years.
- You'll have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, and you'll be a pro at handling conflicting priorities with agility and adaptability.
- Your attention to detail, multitasking prowess, and ability to prioritize multiple deadline-oriented projects will be key to your success
