Job Title: Workforce Resource Coordinator - Customer Support - 12-month contract
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Staines, Surrey (approx. 40 mins from Central London)
Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (PAYE, Inside IR35)
Contract: 12 months, with potential to conversion to permanent
We're hiring a Workforce Resource Coordinator to support a high-performing Customer Support organisation. You'll work with senior stakeholders to plan demand, allocate resources, manage suppliers, and keep delivery running smoothly - all while tracking capacity, budget and progress.

What you'll be doing
- Partner with leadership and Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs
- Coordinate suppliers/EoR partners to mobilise contingent talent
- Manage capacity planning, allocation and workforce optimisation
- Track budget commitments, progress, risks and delivery timelines
- Produce clear reporting and stakeholder updates (regional/global)
What you'll bring (must-haves)
- Experience in workforce/resource planning, operations or delivery coordination
- Strong stakeholder + supplier management (including negotiation)
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving
- Comfortable presenting updates to varied seniority levels
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, analysis or decision-making
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel / analytics
- ServiceNow / Workday platform exposure
- Project delivery methods (Agile / Six Sigma / PMP)
