Supply Chain Specialist – Global Spirits Company
Location: Hybrid (3 days in Dublin city centre offices, 2 days from home)
Package: €40,000- €45,000 range with annual bonus, Healthcare and Pension.
Role Overview: Join a leading global spirits company as a Supply Chain Specialist, supporting their EMEA & APAC regions. Manage order processing from receipt to invoicing, ensuring seamless supply continuity and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock and ensure OTIF delivery for Ireland and GTR
- Resolve customer queries efficiently via phone and email
- Collaborate with Brand Supply Chain teams to meet order requirements
- Process Customer POs for the distillery.
- Oversee Customer Service and POs for their overseas market companies
- Update Sales teams and customers on pricing, orders, and production issues
- Daily invoicing and handling shipping documentation
- Provide after-sales service and process daily purchase orders
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain within the FMCG industry
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
