Job Title: Communications Specialist – EMEA (Contract, Hybrid – London)
? Location: London City (EC1), 3 days office / 2 days home
? Contract: Until end of January 2026

Are you a naturally curious communicator with a knack for storytelling and a love for all things tech?

We’re hiring a Communications Specialist to join a collaborative and fast-paced corporate communications team within one of the world’s most recognised global SaaS businesses.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years' experience in corporate communications, PR, or internal comms who’s eager to stretch their wings and make a meaningful contribution to a growing EMEA team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the creation and execution of external and internal communications strategies across multiple European markets.

  • Drafting and editing engaging content – from press releases and talking points to social media posts and internal newsletters.

  • Tracking media coverage and assisting with day-to-day press office tasks.

  • Helping develop high-quality reports that showcase communications impact.

  • Keeping an eye on market trends and using your insight to help shape executive social media content and briefing materials.

  • Working closely with comms leads and senior stakeholders to deliver projects that truly move the dial.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a comms, PR or media environment – ideally in a fast-moving or tech-driven setting.

  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, get-stuck-in attitude.

  • Confidence in juggling multiple priorities and managing time effectively.

  • Familiarity with digital comms and social media channels (and a little visual flair with Google Slides wouldn’t hurt either!).

Why Apply?

This is more than just another comms role. You’ll be part of a supportive and passionate team with real scope to learn, grow, and leave your mark. The projects are dynamic, the brand is globally respected, and your voice will count.

? Contract role to end of January 2026
? Hybrid working (3 days in the London EC1 office, 2 from home)
? Competitive salary
