We're seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead the design and execution of key partner programs across our commercial ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, data analytics, and program management - ideal for someone passionate about building scalable B2B initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage strategic partner programs, including incentives, ROI modelling, and deal registration workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams - finance, analytics, and sales operations - to deliver operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, GSheets, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the evolution of commercial frameworks that improve partner engagement and profitability.

What You'll Bring

  • 8-10 years' experience in B2B sales or partner operations within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Proven project management expertise with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where innovation is encouraged.
