We're hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile, integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA. This is a senior-level contract role within an internal agency setting, managing creative output across multiple markets and channels. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-market creative campaigns across Europe from planning through execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies, and internal marketing stakeholders
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource planning across multiple simultaneous projects
- Drive production of high-quality creative assets across social, digital, OOH, and experiential channels
- Implement systems and tools to improve creative operations and delivery efficiency
- Ensure brand alignment and compliance across all campaign outputs
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in program, account, or production management within creative or brand environments
- Extensive experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple markets
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in high-pressure, ambiguous situations
- Strong organisational mindset and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
- Multilingual (French, Spanish, Italian a plus)
- Background in global or innovation-led businesses
- Interest or exposure to emerging technologies such as AI or mixed reality
