Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)
Salary: €49,000 per annum (PAYE contract)
Contract: 11-month contract (weekly pay via Principle HR)

Join a dynamic enterprise software support team as a Technical Support Engineer – Platform & Apps, helping customers tackle technical challenges, troubleshoot platform issues, and keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Own and resolve complex technical cases involving platform, web apps, and integrations.
- Use your JavaScript and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix issues in real-world production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay calm under pressure, building trust and communicating solutions clearly to customers.
- Provide insights into product and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- 2–4+ years in customer-facing technical support.
- Strong JavaScript skills (reading/debugging essential).
- Solid Networking & Operating Systems experience (Windows/Linux).
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering quality support—even during evenings/weekends if required.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB.
- Database experience (MySQL, Oracle).
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflow automation (bonus but not essential).
- Exposure to data extraction and integrations (JDBC, ODBC).
