Senior Partnerships Lead - Platform Partnerships

We're hiring a Senior Partnerships Lead to help take new platform products to market through early, high-impact partnerships.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building partnerships from scratch, validating new use cases, and scaling what works globally. It's not a maintenance role and not traditional BD.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure early strategic partners to validate new platform products
- Launch partnership programmes from 0-1, define success metrics, and scale globally
- Build senior-level partner relationships with tailored commercial and go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on deep technical integrations
- Use partner feedback and data to influence product direction and prioritisation
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' experience in partnerships, platform, or ecosystem roles
- Proven experience launching new partnerships or programmes from scratch
- Background in travel, transport, experiences, marketplaces, or platform businesses
- Experience with B2B partnerships involving product or API integration
- Strong product mindset and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Clear, confident communicator who can operate at senior level
